The replacement case includes an uncut HU100 key blade and a free 1.4mm key-blade pin removal tool.
If your original blade is suitable for reuse, the supplied tool can assist with removing the small retaining pin so the blade can be transferred into the replacement flip-key mechanism.
Alternatively, the supplied uncut HU100 blade can be professionally cut to match your vehicle.

Every key case includes a QR fitting-guide card inside your parcel. Simply scan the QR code on the card with your phone to access our detailed step-by-step fitting tutorial on YouTube.
The video demonstrates how to replace the key case and transfer your original key blade using the supplied 1.4mm pin removal tool.
Please keep the fitting-guide card until you have completed the replacement.

This replacement case is intended for customers who are confident dismantling and refurbishing their existing remote key.
Carefully transfer the original circuit board, transponder, battery and any other required internal components into the new case. Take care when removing the key-blade retaining pin and fitting the blade into the replacement mechanism.
Incorrect fitting may prevent the blade from locking securely. If your existing remote key has electronic faults, replacing the outer case alone will not restore remote functionality.
