Spare Car Key Cutting & Transponder Copying
When available, our service will include selected car key blade cutting and transponder copying using an existing working key as the reference.
Depending on the vehicle and key type, a compatible blank transponder key can be cut to match the original key blade and the transponder information copied where supported.
Not every vehicle or transponder type can be duplicated in this way, so compatibility will need to be confirmed before the service is carried out.
Why Have a Spare Car Key?
Having only one working vehicle key can leave you without a convenient backup if that key is lost, damaged or develops a fault. A basic spare transponder key can provide a practical emergency option for compatible vehicles without the additional cost of a complete remote key fob when remote locking functions are not required.
